What we store, and why

What we collect

• Your company, name and email, and the project title.
• The text you paste, and your answers to the form questions.
• The name of the person confirming permission to use the material.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit abuse.

Why

To draft your case study, email you the private review link, prevent abuse, and learn what people need.

Who handles it

Your text is sent to the configured model provider, which may be NVIDIA, OpenAI or Anthropic, to propose statements. Data is stored in Supabase, email goes through Resend, hosting is on Vercel, and payments, if enabled, go through Stripe. Each has its own privacy terms.

Keeping and deleting

Submissions and drafts are deleted automatically after 30 days. You can also delete yours immediately from its private review page. If that page is unavailable, reply to the email we sent you.

Your review link

The link in your email works as a password. Anyone holding it can view and approve your draft, so do not forward it.
