Foundry scope

This website is published by EverestHood LLC, an independent systems foundry, to introduce our architecture, showcase our applied software portfolio, and provide direct communication channels. The materials and information provided on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge and may evolve as products update.

Sovereign product boundaries

PortalKinetic, Kinetic Math Lab, ProofCraft, and EverestHood Studio are sovereign bodies of work with their own dedicated runtimes, user agreements, and privacy policies. Engaging with or subscribing to those products is governed by their respective product agreements, rather than the terms of this introductory website.

Communication requests

Submitting an inquiry through our contact interface initiates a direct conversation with our team. It does not establish a formal vendor engagement, master services agreement, or confidential attorney-client privilege. Please refrain from submitting proprietary trade secrets or non-public sensitive data in initial contact text fields.

Liability boundary

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EverestHood LLC and its officers, engineers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this informational website.
