Pilot terms
Plain language, for a small pilot. Please read them before you paste anything.
What this is
ProofCraft drafts a case study from text you provide. It keeps only statements that it can match word for word to your text. It is a drafting aid, not legal, financial or professional advice.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you have permission from the client or owner of the material to use it for a case study.
- You read the draft and check each statement before you approve it. You decide whether to share it. A statement can match your text and still be incomplete or out of context.
- Do not paste anything you are not allowed to share, such as confidential contracts, personal data of other people, or material under a non-disclosure agreement.
What we do not promise
- No promise that a draft will be produced, will be complete, or will help you win work.
- The service is provided as it is during the pilot and may change, pause or stop. We may refuse a submission.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using a draft you approved.
Payment
If payment is switched on, drafting stays free and you pay only to download a draft you have approved. The price is shown at checkout before you pay.
